This is a new discharge trap which may become a single siphon, a double siphon and a removable or watertight basket, simply by changing the moveable parts that make it up. In fact there is only one stationary part that is walled in and a series of accessories that, according to the conformation chosen (see diagram on the page opposite A, B, C or D) allow them to perform certain functions. This gives the trap the flexibility that it did not use to have.
Upon request we can supply a waste tube with a 100 mm diameter, or the vertical stub pipe in removable anti-acid plastic material, so as to allow a thorough cleaning of the stationary tub. The drain with double siphon has encountered more favourable opinions amongst technicians and operators in the food sector as it separates almost completely the work environment from the sewer even when the drain is discharging; in addition thanks to the removable basket it allows solid matter to be separated, avoiding probable blockages in the pipework.
