The double-siphon trap is becoming more and more successful among technicians and operators in the food sector, as it separates the working environment from the drainage system safely, even while the trap is draining; furthermore, thanks to the removable basket, the solid parts can be separated, thus preventing the pipes from getting blocked. Compared to the modular model on the previous pages, this presents a “slot” drainage system which can be sized according to the type of product waste on the floor (the current model slots are 10mm).
